FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES
Favorite Finds previews each item and selects the highest quality pre-owned furniture and accessories. Furniture must be stylish, in good condition, clean and acceptable to the purchasers. Favorite Finds reserves the right to reject any item. Our goal is to provide the finest in pre-owned home furnishings and accessories. Consignors may bring their items or a photo of them directly to the store.
PRICING
Favorite Finds will price your merchandise to provide you fair market value, while also offering value to our customers. It is our policy not to compromise the consigned price by accepting offers of “bargaining.” Favorite Finds does however use the following price adjustment schedule: Merchandise that has not sole will be marked down by 15% at 45 and again at 90 days during the 120 day consignment period. The consignor may remove items before the markdown dates if they do not want their items marked down. However, those items may not be re-cosigned for 6 months.
PAYMENT
At Favorite Finds our consignors receive 60% of the final selling price, while favorite finds recieves 40%. Consignor's statements and checks are mailed on the 10 th of each month. In the rare event that the merchandise has not sold within the 120 day term of the consignment contract, it must be picked up by the last day of the contract or the item will become property of favorite finds.
PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICE
Favorite Finds provides a limited pick up and delivery service for a nominal charge of $25-$35 per trip, within the local area. Consignors may elect to deliver their own items to favorite finds. However we must know in advance if you will be bringing in any large furniture.
CONSIGNMENT HOURS
All consigning is done Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 to 3:00 . No appointment is necessary during the week. However, if it is impossible for you to come in during the week there are a limited number of appointments available on Monday or Sunday. It is recommended that you call several days ahead if you need to make an appointment for Monday or Saturday.
